#RHONY Bethenny Frankel Ex Jason Hoppy Hit with MORE Stalking Charges After New Threatening Texts & Emails Surface!

Bethenny Frankel’s ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, was slammed with additional stalking charges Tuesday — and new info was released about the texts and emails he sent to the Real Housewives of New York star.

Hoppy’s lawyers asked the judge to dismiss the case — but Hoppy was slapped with two more counts of stalking, in addition to three current stalking and harassment charges. Hoppy is accused of tormenting the reality star with dozens of disturbing texts and emails, and shouting “I will destroy you” outside of their 6-year-old daughter’s grade school.

A newly revised criminal complaint details an alleged threat in the form of a text message sent from Hoppy to Bethenny, on October 1st. The complaint was introduced in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday. The message was received one day after Bethenny expressly asked her ex to leave her alone.

“We could have a much different relationship but you’re unwilling to shut your mouth about me and my daughter [a]nd refuse to cooperate. Ball[’]s in your court to change it. I’m happy to meet for to discuss. And you know you’re the problem. But if not I wil[l] proceed as I see fit,” Hoppy allegedly  wrote.

The couple split in 2012, after two years of marriage. Prosecutors say that Hoppy hammered Bethenny with over 160 unwanted messages over the course of several months, beginning directly after their lengthy divorce was finalized in July 2016. Hoppy rejected a plea deal, in March.

“Love how you [s]peak in the phone. You really have problems. Have a great weekend. She (6-year-old daughter Bryn) loves me so much. It’s amazing the love a daughter has for her father and visa versa,” Hoppy texted Bethenny on Sept. 30, according to the updated complaint.

Judge Phyllis Chu extended an order of protection, forbidding Hoppy to interact with Bethenny, warning him not to email or send text messages to the reality star.

“Mr. Hoppy, I am extending your protection to Bethenny Frankel,” Chu said. “That means you have to stay away from her and [refrain] from making outreach to her. Do you understand?” He replied, “Yes.”

Bethenny has detailed snippets of her divorce story on the Bravo hit—and has likened it to a personal hell.

The Real Housewives of New York airs tonight, at 9 pm, ET, on Bravo.
