EXCLUSIVE: #RHOA Kenya Moore Selling Atlanta House (Moore Manor) Amid Marriage Announcement — Find Out Her List of Demands!
Kenya Moore is off the market — but a rumor is circulating that the Real Housewives of Atlanta beauty is looking to do the opposite with her Atlanta home.
Kenya supposedly wants to sell Moore Manor, the decision coinciding with her surprise marriage to Marc Daly. Kenya has allegedly contacted two Atlanta agents, offering them the listing, but has a few demands. Kenya is purportedly requiring that Moore Manor remain unlisted — no internet advertising or open houses allowed. Kenya is also requiring a cash-only buyer, and a quick close.

One agent has supposedly shot down her offer, likely due to the exclusive agency condition. This means that the agent would have to sell the house alone, and if Kenya was able to secure a buyer first, the agent banks zero. Most agencies dodge such listings, because it points to a highly motivated seller, who is market savvy and willing to work hard to nail the sale.
Kenya’s cash-only requirement points to her desire for a swift process, and to exclude buyers who have to secure a bank loan.
The story alleges that Kenya’s identity was discovered amid questions asking why there were so many demands surrounding the potential listing. The agent stated that the client was high-profile, and starting a new chapter in her life. The property address was googled, and it was discovered to be Moore Manor.
In 2015, the former Miss USA paid $515,000 for the 7,200 fixer-upper; and took one year to completely transform the Sandy Springs property into the modern dream home that viewers see on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Check out photos of the interior below.
Will Kenya be twirling out of her deluxe labor of love, and into a nest with her new hubby?
