Ryan Edwards’ Quickie Wedding to Mackenzie Standifer On #TeenMomOG Finale! [VIDEO]

Ryan Edwards and Mackenzie Standifer are officially married and naturally, MTV cameras captured their quickie nuptials. 

As reported, the couple’s rushed ceremony occurred on May 15, in Hamilton County, Tennessee — right before the MTV dad entered rehab.

In a preview of the season six finale of the MTV reality show, Ryan‘s mother Jen, sobs because Ryan’s parents were the only attendees for the ceremony.

“The most important people aren’t here!” she sobs.

The MTV dad finds nothing strange about the rushed event and tries to comfort his devastated mother.

“Mom, it don’t matter if there’s 100 people or two people here. As long as we love each other.”

During the ceremony, Ryan hid behind sunglasses, as his bride said “I do,” in front of the minister, who also sported shades and a Dee Snider ponytail. All so bizarre.

Ryan’s son Bentley, 8, and baby mama Maci Bookout, were not invited to the ceremony.

“How are you gonna tell Bentley?” Ryan’s dad questions.

“I don’t think we’re going to, Dad,” the reality star responds.

Ryan surfaced this week from rehab, and immediately blasted his baby mama Maci, on Instagram, possibly for discussing his drug addiction on camera.

“I have a dream that one day my psycho baby’s mama will shut the f**k up.” 

As readers know, Maci exposed her baby daddy’s addiction on a recent episode of Teen Mom OG.

“I’m going to be like, you have to go to rehab,” she told her husband Taylor McKinney. “Right now it’s about saving his life. Most nights I’m crying in our bed talking to you about whether or not today is the day he’s going to die.”
