On Tuesday, Warner Bros. released a statement announcing that an investigation had produced no evidence of misconduct on the set of Bachelor in Paradise. Shortly after, rumors circulated that Corinne Olympios, 24, has not been invited to return to the show once filming restarts.

Olympios‘ boyfriend, Jordan Gielchinsky, spoke out on the scandal and is vowing to stand by his reality TV girlfriend.

“I have known Corinne for over 10 years and as a friend or boyfriend, she will continue to receive my unwavering loyalty and support until I decide that there is a legitimate reason not to give it,” he told E! News. “I pay very little attention to the media and try to ignore all the conjecture surrounding my relationship with Corinne,” Gielchinsky said. “The only two people who know the true disposition of our relationship is Corinne and I.”

Warners Bros. announced that filming of the show would resume after being officially halted due to an investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct between Olympios and DeMario Jackson, 30, both of whom had reportedly been drinking heavily all day.

“Production on this season of the Bachelor in Paradise will be resuming, and we plan to implement certain changes to the show’s policies and procedures to enhance and further the safety and security of all participants,” Warner Bros. announced earlier this week.

And although Warner Bros. cleared Jackson of any wrongdoing, insiders tell TMZ that Jackson, declined an invitation from Warner Bros. to rejoin the cast of the ABC reality series when filming resumes.

“The tape does not support any charge of misconduct by a cast member. Nor does the tape show, contrary to many press reports, that the safety of any cast member was ever in jeopardy,” Warner Bros. confirmed.
