More good news for Kandi!

Real Housewives of Atlanta fan favorite, Kandi Burruss, along with XSCAPE bandmates — LaTocha Scott, Tamika Scott and Tameka “Tiny” Harris, have inked a reality television deal with Bravo TV.

The chart-topping R&B girl group who dominated the 90’s music scene will star in a docuseries, set to be produced by VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Executive Producer, Mona Scott-Young. This major deal comes in addition to the group’s upcoming reunion tour and biopic.

The series will premiere on Bravo this November to coincide with the return of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, with hopes that group member, Burruss’, involvement in both shows will boost its popularity. Production on the reality series began last week and the network is expected to air six episodes — maybe more depending on ratings.

It’s been nearly two decades since XSCAPE shared a stage, but this July, the group will grace the 2017 ESSENCE Festival platform, where they’ll perform together for the first time since reuniting.

Scott-Young
will also produce the group’s biopic. A network and premiere date for the film are still forthcoming.
