Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kenya Moore has one-upped her controversial ex, Matt Jordan.

A local source reports that Matt Jordan has finally been served with the restraining order filed by Kenya Moore back in March 2017. Matt keeps a low profile on the Atlanta scene — presumably explaining why it has taken two months to track down the personal trainer.

The former Miss USA asked the court to step in and require that Matt, “stop harassing and intimidating [Moore] and her immediate family” and “not have any contact with her and stay 200 yards away from her and her home.”

AllAboutTheTea.com has learned exclusive details how the process server accomplished tracking down Matt. According to a local ATL snitch, Matt was sneakily lured and lied to by Moore’s publicist, landing him with the legal slap.

“On Thursday (June 1) Matt ran into Kenya’s publicist, Vaughn, at Lenox Square Mall. They started conversating,” the source told AllAboutTheTea.com. “Matt was heated over Kenya‘s interview [with the Breakfast Club on May 12]. During the interview, Charlamagne Tha God [host] said Kenya‘s publicist told him to refer to Matt as, ‘that boy.’ Matt shared his frustration with Vaughn.”

The ROCK solid source claims that Vaughn told Matt that he no longer worked for Kenya — and that the RHOA star allegedly owes him money.

“He [Vaughn] said that he wanted to make it up to Matt, and promised to seek out positive press opportunities, so Matt could tell his side,” dished the insider. “The two men set up a meeting at Chili’s restaurant in Buckhead, to talk it over.”

However, fifteen minutes prior to the arranged meet up, Matt changed the meeting location to Bucket Shop Cafe, a place about two miles from the Chili’s, the source tells AllAboutTheTea.com.

Matt expected to have to wait a few extra minutes, because of the location change — maybe ten minutes, with traffic,” explained the tipster. “But he had to wait thirty minutes, before Vaughn arrived.”

“Five minutes after Vaughn sat down, a stranger approached Matt with the restraining order, and told him that he had been served,” said the  source. “Matt immediately knew that he had been lied to and set up by Vaughn and Kenya.”

The insider added that Matt has had no contact with his ex in the past ten months.

In court documents, Kenya claimed that the supposed stalking began in late May 2016, after a Mexican vacation. Kenya also alleged that between September 2016 and February 2017, Matt called her up to 30 times a day.

AllAboutTheTea.com reached out to Matt Jordan’s camp for comment. They confirmed that he was served on June 1 in Atlanta, but declined to comment further.
