Real Housewives of New Jersey felons, Teresa and Joe Giudice, have finally satisfied their massive debt in their federal fraud case.

On May 24, Bankruptcy Judge Stacey Meisel, signed off on an order that expunges 13 outstanding debts in the couple’s 2009 bankruptcy case.

Those debts include, but are not limited to: North Hudson IVF Fertility Clinic, Joe Mastropole, Jersey City Power and Light, Neiman Marcus, and Verizon — just to name a few. The judge disallowed, three claims in the amount of $787,547.70. Some properties that have since gone through foreclosure were determined to be null and void. A claim by Alliance Laundry Systems LLC for laundry equipment, in the amount of $352,247.12, was placed on a re-payment plan. The couple previously owned a laundromat, pizza parlor and rental apartments in Hillside, New Jersey.

Eight years ago, the Giudice‘s ripped off — vendors, companies, lawyers, banks and individuals — to the tune of $11 million dollars then filed a fraudulent bankruptcy. In 2013, federal prosecutors indicted them for bankruptcy fraud as well as for conspiring to defraud lenders to obtain $5 million in mortgages and construction loans.

As a result, Teresa and Joe, pled guilty in 2014 to hiding assets from bankruptcy creditors, and submitting falsified loan applications — landing them prison sentences for their crimes. Teresa spent a year in federal prison, and Joe is currently serving a 41-month fraud sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey is scheduled to return later this year.
