EXCLUSIVE: #SouthernCharm Thomas Ravenel Files Court Action After Kathryn Dennis Violates Custody Order!
The custody battle between Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis has veered into dark waters, with the fate of the ex-couple’s two children still on the line.
While Ravenel remains committed to the terms of the sealed case, Kathryn has allegedly launched a brazen smear campaign against the devoted father of Kensie, 3, and Saint, 1.
A local source claims that Kathryn’s, “…media blitz is all about distracting from her own actions, and exposes an ongoing defiance toward the court.”
In court documents, Kathryn claims that the children’s nanny had her removed from her son’s christening service, on April 16, 2017, noting that the incident made her feel “alienated” from her child. A local attendee clarified what Kathryn left out about the unsettling episode.
“Thomas’ nanny did want Kathryn gone from the christening ceremony — because she was loudly disrupting the special event,” explained the insider. “Kathryn was barefoot, and screaming at the minister — bellowing accusations about the nanny and Thomas sleeping together.”
“Kathryn had already pulled another stunt, during the Easter service, prior to the christening,” the local continued. “Kathryn barged into the church nursery and grabbed Saint — in clear violation of the court order (legally, Thomas has full custody).”
Kathryn is legally allowed no physical contact with her children, after failing a drug test since leaving rehab.
As reported, Ravenel allows Kathryn only occasional FaceTime chats with the children.
“Kathryn was raging — acting out of her mind,” added the eyewitness. “Kensie was scared to death, and was hiding behind a door.”
Kathryn, along with her mother, were invited guests to the Sunday ceremony.
Kathryn’s bold disregard for the legal gag order has not gone unnoticed by Ravenel, who has since taken legal action.
“Thomas met with his lawyer on May 19th, and signed a request for court action, after Kathryn disclosed her drug test results to the media,” a source explained to AllAboutTheTea.com. “It was Kathryn who originally demanded that the case be sealed — after she tested positive for a myriad of substances, last June.”
