After the Biermann‘s experienced a major scare with their 4-year-old son Kash — he was bitten by a dog and hospitalized — they were slapped with a legal summons by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office on May 10.
The Don’t Be Tardy stars STILL have not paid an Atlanta decorator $6,000 for decorating their lavish waterfront Georgia mansion. According to the owner of Seasonal Designs, LLC — Kim and Kroy have not paid their outstanding decorating bill of $6,000.
The mom of six took to Instagram to share her toddler’s facial injury. It appears the little boy was bitten in the eye. His sister, Brielle Biermann, shared that her brother almost, “lost a very important organ.” But details of the attack have not been made public.

The reality TV parents have yet to file a response to the lawsuit in court. And now with an injured kid at home, it’s doubtful they’ll pay this legal matter any attention. Stay tuned.
