Will we see Teresa Giudice in prison greens again?

Bravo’s favorite felon, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, is in trouble with her probation officer.

Teresa was given special conditions upon her early release from prison in 2015, that she must follow a set of rules in order to finish her sentence outside the slammer.

The 44-year old was ordered not to take on new debt, cooperate with the IRS, pay back restitution to the tune of $414,588.90, and to report to her probation officer if got questioned or arrested by the police.

Teresa is now on thin ice with the courts. On May 3rd, her probation officer filed an, “official written reprimand,” informing the court that Giudice is non-compliant with the conditions of her supervised release. She’s been questioned by the police not once, but twice, and failed to notify her probation officer both times. Terms of her probation state,

“The defendant shall notify the probation officer within seventy-two hours of being arrested or questioned by a law enforcement officer.”

However, court documents reveal on September 14, 2016, in New York City,

“The offender was issued a traffic ticket by the Port Authority Police Department for making an illegal turn. Ms. Giudice did not report this contact with law enforcement to the Probation Office within 72 hours, as required. In response, the offender (and her attorney) were notified in writing that all future contacts with law enforcement, even for traffic matters, must be reported to the Probation Office as soon as possible, or at least within 72 hours.”

The second unreported incident took place on April 20, 2017, in Wayne, New Jersey, court documents outline,

Ms. Giudice was issued a traffic ticket by local police for use of a handheld cellular phone while operating a motor vehicle. The offender did not report this contact with law enforcement to the Probation Office.”

According to paperwork filed, this will be Teresa’s last written reprimand. If she messes up again, she’ll be in violation of her probation and could be forced back to prison to finish her sentence.

Read court documents filed by Giudice‘s probation officer below:

On July 29, 2013, Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice were charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud, and bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications, and bankruptcy fraud in a 39-count indictment.

Not following the rules appears to be a routine pattern of behavior viewers have witnessed over the years from the tarnished reality star.

So, do you think Teresa’s probation should be revoked over traffic tickets? Tell your thoughts in the comments below.
