AllAboutTheTea.com can exclusively reveal, the Southern Charm exes managed to circumvent today’s scheduled court appearance. Thomas scored another legal victory with Kathryn finally signing HIPAA releases last week — giving Ravenel access to all records from each medical and mental health practitioner Dennis has seen since January 2013.

As reported, the April 20th custody mediation hearing only buried Kathryn deeper in the consequences of her own actions. A source close to the case explained what went down.

“Kathryn failed her most recent drug test in March. A urinalysis revealed marijuana in the reality star’s system. The court is still awaiting hair follicle and blood work results to determine if any other substances are in the mix.”

Court documents reviewed by AllAboutTheTea.com confirms Kathryn‘s recent failed drug test.

Kathryn and Thomas bitter custody war started in May 2016, when the former politician petitioned the court for visitation rights after being denied access to his children for 14-weeks by Dennis. That hearing led to subsequent drug testing and Kathryn losing full custody of her children.
