Joanna Krupa & Brandi Glanville’s Fishy Vagina Defamation Lawsuit Going to Trial!
Get ready for the Housewives trial of the century!
Former Real Housewives, Brandi Glanville and Joanna Krupa‘s defamation lawsuit of the fishy snatch is going to trial.
Last week, it was decided that unless a miracle happens, the case will likely end up in a Miami-Dade County Circuit Court for a public trial that is sure to electrify the press!
Both parties met mid April in an attempt to settle the case and after five grueling hours — they ended the mediation at an impasse.
At the conclusion of the legal showdown — Krupa’s attorney, Ray Rafool, told the press — “At this point, we are headed to trial.”
You’ll recall, the former Real Housewives of Miami star filed the suit against former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in January 2015 for making the “smelly,” comment on Watch What Happens Live.
As reported, a judge signed an order that requires Krupa to turn over her gynecological records from 2000 to 2005 that could prove whether her vagina is “smelly.”
Whoa! The Polish model must be serious about punishing potty mouth Glanville for spreading rumors of her alleged foul odored lady parts.
Glanville claims innocence and attempted to get the lawsuit thrown out last year but was unsuccessful. However, she has stopped repeating the rumor publicly since Krupa filed suit.
“I agree that we shouldn’t even be here [headed to trial],” Rafool told the press. “But if Joanna didn’t file, I am convinced Brandi would have continued with these attacks and would never have stopped.”
Joanna‘s gotta be determined to win this lawsuit if she’s willing to air her vaginal records in open court.
