#RHOA Apollo Nida Wants Phaedra Parks To Pay All His Legal Bills In Messy Divorce!
Apollo Nida is fighting back! In March, the imprisoned Real Housewives of Atlanta star scored a victory when a Fulton County judge tossed out Phaedra Parks and Nida’s divorce judgement. The judge felt that the divorce was unfair to Nida — particularly, siting malicious intent to take advantage of him while in prison.
Nida is currently serving an eight-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to bank fraud and identity theft in May 2014.

Now, the father of two wants his estranged wife and RHOA co-star to foot the bill for all his legal bills as a result of Phaedra‘s incredulous divorce judgement. He filed paperwork this week, reports TheJasmineBrand and is detailing exactly why she can afford to.
More specifically, Nida says the attorney/mortician/reality star earns $75,000 a month. A huge difference from what Nida makes from behind bars. Additionally, the 38-year-old insists Phaedra is hiding more assets.

He contends that his soon-to-be ex wife conducted herself unethical by purposely misspelling his last name in the decree and omitting facts about shared properties and assets that could be divided or awarded to him.
During the April 2 RHOA airing — in a phone conversation with Todd Tucker and Peter Thomas — Nida claimed Parks tried to trick him.
“When Phaedra came up here [prison] to visit me, she told me everything was put on hold,” Nida said in the clip.
The 43-year-old Phaedra, documented the end of her seven-year marriage on the Bravo show’s ninth season.
The couple, who split in 2014, began divorce proceedings last season on the reality show.
