The major fallout between The Real Housewives of Atlanta co-stars, Kandi Burruss and Phaedra Parks became officially beyond repair this season.

Tensions boiled over in season 9 as the former friends battled over, Mama Joyce, threesome gossip and affair rumors. And, according to a new preview of the second part of the reunion — Kandi and Phaedra butt heads again over Burruss‘ new OLG restaurant.

In the clip below, Parks comments that Mama Joyce‘s behavior was “deplorable,” after she took it upon herself to visit a divorce attorney to inquire about Phaedra‘s divorce. Mama Joyce wanted to know if Parks is legally able to divorce Apollo Nida while he’s in prison.

“I’m like, Why are you so concerned with what’s going on in my life?” Parks asks Burruss. “It’s been so many things that her mom has said and done.”

Phaedra tells Kandi that Mama Joyce could instead be investigating why Kandi and husband Todd Tucker’s Atlanta restaurant, Old Lady Gang, has yet to open.

“Your restaurant that’s not open — she could be working on that,” Parks says.

Kandi has become more outspoken this season — calling out her co-stars more than ever before. But in this clip, she appears a little overcome with emotion at Parks‘ implications about her new business venture. Burruss snaps back.

“Um, we are opening this week, sweetheart.” (Old Lady Gang indeed opened its doors last month.)

The Grammy winning song writer then revealed that Phaedra has been contacting Atlanta city officials to block efforts for the eatery to open.

“Please…I know you already be trying to do your calling and trying to figure what we’re doing, and so you can hate on us to people that you know down at the city,” Kandi reveals. “Obviously, she’s talked to somebody to try to do stuff, to have them come at me about bullsh*t.”

Watch the explosive clip above and tune into The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion part 2 on Sunday, April 23 on Bravo at 8:00 p.m. ET.
