#RHONY Star Luann D’Agostino’s Daughter Victoria Arrested for DWI
Victoria de Lesseps, daughter of The Real Housewives of New York star Luann D’Agostino, is in legal hot water. The Bravo drop-in was arrested for driving under the influence in the Hamptons, on April 7th.
Victoria was pulled over after midnight on Main Street in Sag Harbor, New York, where her mother owns a home.
The East Hampton Star reports that the 22-year-old was driving a 2003 Land Rover after midnight without headlights. Reportedly, Victoria’s breath test registered a .15, against a legal limit of .08 percent. The self-described artist and designer was released the next morning without bail.
“I look forward to defending her vigorously in court,” Victoria’s attorney, Edward Burke Jr., told Page Six.
Victoria will appear in court on May 5th.
