#RHOA Star Kenya Moore Scores Huge Victory In ‘Erroneous’ Eviction Suit!
Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kenya Moore scored a huge victory in court recently!
Kenya and her former landlord, have been embroiled in a legal battle after Moore was “erroneously” evicted from a Georgia home she rented in 2013.
A judge ordered Moore’s landlord, Conya Weems Dillon, to return the $6,000 security deposit Moore previously paid to her. She was also ordered to compensate the RHOA star for $4,531 in attorneys’ fees.
The reality diva was served eviction papers by the landlord for falling $848 short on her May 2013 rent. The suit also claimed the beauty queen broke several terms of their lease agreement.
Moore countersued for wrongful eviction, slander and emotional distress. She claimed her May and June rent was paid in full and Weems-Dillon made up the lease conflict to sell a story to the media.
