#RHOBH Star Dorit Kemsley Describes Lisa Rinna’s Attack in Hong Kong As ‘Pure Hell’

Dorit Kemsley has made few friends this season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. But if “friends” include the likes of Lisa Rinna, Eileen Davidson, and Erika Girardi, maybe she’s better off.

This week in Dorit’s Bravo blog, she talks about getting targeted by all three women on the junk boat in Hong Kong — Rinna in particular.

“It really makes me feel sad that grown women are acting like this. I mean, jumping in front of someone’s face and flipping them off…we are not kids.”

What started as a conversation between Rinna and Dorit soon got out of hand. Erika backed up Rinna and unleashed all the frustration she’d been feeling all season. Let’s be honest, some of those darts Erika threw at Dorit were well deserved. Dorit has certainly made a few snarky remarks to Erika throughout the season, but when she pulled out pantygate, it started to get ridiculous. And when Rinna started chiming in, it’d gone too far.

“What happened on the boat was pure hell. Three women all coming at me like that together, I was blindsided to say the least, and it felt like plain old bullying, which I won’t allow. I will stand up to that type of behavior and won’t let anyone attack me like that.”

Dorit’s problem is that she’s as bad of a fighter as Erika is. While Erika remained icy and cool, she threw in every minor infraction Dorit had committed all season, along with some she hadn’t—and it all lead back to stupid pantygate. But Dorit gets hyper defensive and everything that pops into her head comes spewing out of her mouth. I don’t think she was wrong—Erika is cold and humorless. But if Dorit learned to handle those barbs with a measure of calm, she’d be more effective.

“I tried to listen, but it’s hard to listen and act caring back when people are being that aggressive and saying such horrible things to you. These are not the actions of people wanting to resolve things. I was really shaken by it and hurt…”

Erika should have addressed all this crap much earlier in the season. If they weren’t cool, she shouldn’t have made it seem like she and Dorit were fine. In Dorit’s defense, she did apologize several times.

“Aside from being shocked that Erika Girardi was now raising these issues again, I was also shocked by some of her other comments. To say to me that I’m desperate for her attention or that what she says matters and is important and what I say doesn’t matter…I mean, who says that about themselves?”

Someone who’s been bottling up that anger and forming into a frozen ball of rage for months, apparently.

At dinner the next night, Dorit may have been shell shocked or maybe she’d upped her Xanax quota, but she handled herself much better, in my opinion. She remained quiet as the jabs came her way, first from Rinna and then from Erika. When she did speak, it was to Rinna’s escalating craziness, but Dorit still remained relatively calm.

“As for Lisa R, this has gotten so out of control… From the aggressive attack on the boat to the Hong Kong dinner when she was just relentlessly coming at me again and again…and now to these outrageous accusations about drugs being used at my house. Oh and let’s not forget the “Do I trust my husband” comment. This is all just too much.”

Rinna was grinning, nodding, and rocking back and forth like a nutjob as she savored all the havoc she’d started.

“…Lisa R was smiling and enjoying saying all those horrible things. I guess we are starting to see the true colors of people. And to question my husband, we all saw how she reacted to Kim R when she mentioned her husband, smashing a glass, getting up to strangle her… I can’t even begin with how many things are wrong here…”

Rinna has a hair trigger temper and I don’t know if it has something to do with those pills she keeps in a baggie, but when she goes on these trips, the woman becomes unhinged.

So, do you think Dorit had it coming or did the women push her too far? And just what is wrong with Rinna
