#RHOA Apollo Nida Seeking Millions & Joint Custody of Kids From Phaedra Parks!
As reported, the divorce between Real Housewives of Atlanta stars, Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida, is back on after a judge threw out their divorce judgement last week.
According to court documents, the judge declared the divorce unfair to Apollo and took considerable displeasure with the misspelling of Apollo‘s last name on the divorce documents.

Apollo is reportedly demanding his equal share of the marital assets — this includes millions, property and joint custody of their two children.
According to TMZ, “Apollo wants to go back on the hunt to determine what property is fair game to split … property he says includes a million-dollar marital home, millions of dollars in personal property and several businesses.”
Apollo said in a previous statement that Phaedra took advantage of his incarceration by scheduling a hearing without notifying him.
Phaedra’s rep, Steve Honig, issued the following statement after the divorce judgement was overturned:
“It’s very confusing why a man who is engaged and enjoys frequent visits with his fiancée would work so aggressively to avoid ending his marriage. Regardless, Phaedra is reviewing her options with her attorney to determine the most efficient path toward ending this marriage so she can move forward and focus on raising strong, healthy and happy children.”
Apollo is currently serving an eight year stint in federal prison for fraud and revealed his engagement to Sherien Almufti a few months ago.
