The outburst occurred when a bailiff was walking one of the suspects out of the courtroom, after Clarence Williams, 26, and Gerry Thomas, 28, were denied bail.

Both men are charged with the murders of Aaron Anderson, 27, and Antonio Vega Jr., 25, who were discovered in DePaola’s car last Friday. Both men had been shot, execution style, and the car set ablaze on the 500 block of East 28th St., according to authorities. Both men pleaded not guilty, via a video conference on Tuesday.

Verbal barbs were hurled between Anderson’s mother, Michele Ryerson, and a female relative of Thomas, as Thomas was being led out of the courtroom.

Court officers had to keep the women apart, as obscenities were exchanged. Family members on both sides jumped to their feet, as officers tried to gain control of the courtroom chaos. A phone was thrown at Thomas’ relative as she was exiting the courtroom, and an officer had to hold back another woman, who was braced to throw a shoe.

Raw footage reveals Thomas’ lawyer, Gregg Aprile, requesting the names of those involved in the emotionally charged incident — which he labeled as a threat to Thomas’ relative.

Police have said that the motive was robbery. We will continue to follow the story.
