Captain Lee Rosbach is famous for sailing with the wealthy — but according to a new report, the Below Deck boss is flat broke.

According to United States Bankruptcy Court docs obtained by Radar Online, Captain Lee, 67, filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy on March 6, 2017. He reported a debt between $100,001 to $500,000, claiming largely consumer  expenses. He is estimating to owe up to 49 creditors. The judge granted Rosbach’s filed request to pay off the filing fee in installments — and the reality star has two weeks to submit missing filing documents.
