Captain Lee Rosbach is famous for sailing with the wealthy — but according to a new report, the Below Deck boss is flat broke.

According to United States Bankruptcy Court docs obtained by Radar Online, Captain Lee, 67, filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy on March 6, 2017. He reported a debt between $100,001 to $500,000, claiming largely consumer  expenses. He is estimating to owe up to 49 creditors. The judge granted Rosbach’s filed request to pay off the filing fee in installments — and the reality star has two weeks to submit missing filing documents.

The yachting reality hit recently wrapped filming the upcoming season in St. Maarten. Rosbach has been the only captain on the show, since the Bravo series launched in 2013.

Rosbach is scheduled to meet with creditors on April 13th.
