Kandi Burruss Shades Phaedra Parks — Says She Should Be Downgraded!

Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kandi Burruss, co-hosted The Real last Friday. And she took the opportunity to throw some shade at her costar, Phaedra Parks.

According to Kandi, Phaedra’s peach status should be rescinded. When Jeannie Mai showed the audience comments from Kandi’s Facebook page, one said, “So over Kandi and her rude behavior. She doing anything for a paycheck and keep using Phaedra name as a storyline,” Kandi clapped back.

First, she reminded everyone that she collects checks, thank you. Not only is her Bedroom Kandi line making money, but Kandi is a hit song writer for the likes of Mariah Carey, Beyonce, and Pink. Not only that, Kandi thinks Phaedra’s the one who desperately needs a storyline.

“I don’t see a boyfriend, I don’t see any work getting done. I don’t see nothing. I saw one charity event, but other than that, it’s like a friend of the show at this point.”

Ouch!!

There is some truth to Phaedra needing a little drama. That’s why Bravo plans on showing Apollo Nida’s new fiancé, Sherien Almufti, visiting Atlanta and Apollo in jail.

As you’ll remember, Sherien’s ex went to the tabloids to share his disgust that Sherien had pulled their daughter out of school in order to film. Also, he didn’t like having his daughter schlep to prison to see Apollo.

But Phaedra is trying to stay relevant by becoming friends with Kenya Moore, causing trouble for Kandi by spreading rumors about a three way with Kandi, Todd, and Shamea Morton. Oh, and don’t forget the glamping was Phaedra’s idea.

So, is that enough for Phaedra to keep her peach or should she be relegated to “friend” status?
