‘RHOBH’ Eden Sassoon’s Messy Divorce Reveals MAJOR Financial Woes!
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills part-timer, Eden Sassoon, is living the life as a luxe reality 90210-er, but according to her divorce settlement, her income does not match her act.
Tomer DeVito, 41, filed for divorce from Sassoon, 43, in 2008, and in a revealing twist, refused to pay any of his soon-to-be ex-wife’s credit card debts.
According to court documents, Eden listed two credit cards opened with Saks Fifth Avenue, as well as others from Macy’s Visa, Washington Mutual, J. Crew, Neiman Marcus, Wells Fargo and Nordstrom. DeVito refused to pay for his wife’s shopping habit, and the couple eventually agreed to each side paying their own debts. Eden was left holding the much more substantial burden.
They both claimed that DeVito made $8,300 a month, and Eden earned $3,500. The couple divided their joint property and sold their home — splitting the profit. They both kept their personal businesses. Eden owns and operates EDEN by Eden Sassoon Pilates, in Beverly Hills.
The couple was married 4 years, and shares custody of their two children, Olivia, 11 and Tyler, 10.
Catch Eden’s act on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Tuesday nights at 9:00 p.m. ET on Bravo.
