Are you looking for a new home and have $85 million to spend? You’re in luck! Mohamed Hadid’s Bel Air mansion, Le Belvédère, is on the market. According to the listing agents, Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker Previews International and Stacy Gottula of The Agency, this magnificent home is a bargain.

Friend of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Hadid’s home “embodies that luxury hotel feel.” Here’s what Stacy told the Daily Dish about the property.

“From the moment you enter the property you’re taken back by the fountains; there’s a swan pond. And then as you’re standing at the front door [where there’s] all glass, a very large foyer. You can see the view from downtown Los Angeles, that kind of leads you all the way out to the backyard that has beautiful rose gardens and basically you’re sitting on top of the city in this house in Bel Air. You’re in prime Bel Air. It’s one of the most prestigious streets in Bel Air.”

Everyone needs a swan pond, but wait, there’s more.

Joyce added, “It’s a magnificent combination [and an] exquisite estate” that includes a Moroccan-themed room, a poker room, and not one but two master suites. “The scale of the rooms is just unbelievable — high ceilings throughout on all 3 levels [with] incredible views of the city,” she said. “It’s just a majestic French chateau, which is rather unique [in L.A.]. We see a lot of contemporary houses. We see a lot of Mediterranean houses. We see a lot of pod houses. You don’t see a lot of French chateaus and I think that’s one of the reasons that this property stands out because its design and architecture is really spectacular.”

Two master suits and a French chateau? What a bargain! And bonus, the furniture can be purchased, too.

“Honestly at $85 million this property, compared to a lot of the high-end properties that are coming on the market with the $250 [million] price tag or a $500 million price tag, I think we priced it really to sell it.” Stacy explained. “We’ve had a lot of activity and interest with launching this two weeks ago. And obviously most clientele coming through you have to be a billionaire and qualified, so we’ve had a lot of interest since we’ve hit the market. I think people do see the value in it because of the 2.2 acres.”

Fun fact: according to Forbes there are approximately 1,645 billionaires in the world. Perhaps one of them could be contemplating a move to California right now.
