‘RHOA’ Apollo Nida Blocks Ex Phaedra Parks From Selling Shared Home

The legal wrangling continues in Phaedra Parks’ split from her jailbird husband, Apollo Nida.

Since Apollo has nothing but time on his hands, he’s decided to make Phaedra’s life as complicated as possible.

First, he filed for divorce, even though the judge had already signed off on the decree, taking advantage of a misspelling (Nita instead of Nida). Next, he claimed he hadn’t been notified the divorce was final.

In his latest move, Apollo is attempting to block the sale of the couples’ home, and has put a lien on the property they shared together — despite the fact his name never appeared on the deed.

Phaedra purchased the 4,229 square-foot home in her own name. Back in 2013, she paid $845,000 for the property. Now that Phaedra has purchased a 9,000 square-foot house for a whopping $1.9 million, Apollo is blocking the sale of their jointly shared house until he gets a cut, even though he’s not entitled to it.

Sitting on the border of Atlanta and Sandy Springs, the 9,000-square-foot home features six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. Press play to check out Parks‘ new digs below.

Since her attorney attempted to keep the settlement sealed, it’s given Apollo a lot of time to craft a plan to tie Phaedra up in legal knots.

Do you think Apollo deserves half? She’s already paid $100,000 toward his restitution fines. Does Apollo deserve more than that?
