Sheree Whitfield, star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is being sued for non-payment by another contractor who says he hasn’t been paid for services rendered.

Chateau Sheree is still unfinished and undergoing work, despite the house-warming party Sheree filmed back in October for the hit Bravo show.

According to court records, On January 3 2016, Heritage Landscape Group of Flowery Branch filed a claim for $10,012.50 in Fulton County against the reality star. The claim states the amount covers unpaid landscaping work and help acquiring a certificate of occupancy.

The documents further state that Sheree only paid half of her bill and told the landscaping company she “didn’t have the money” to pay the rest. Later, Sheree reportedly told the Heritage Group she was not happy with their work.

This isn’t the first lawsuit against Chateau Sheree. Back in 2015, a contractor sued for “thousands in unpaid work.” To make matters worse, Sheree had to pay the city of Sandy Springs a $1,000 fine for not obtaining the proper permits for the RHOA housewarming party.
