Boy oh boy!

Kody Brown’s dream has come true — because the Sister Wives star’s first grandchild is officially a chip off the ol’ block. Maddie Brown and husband, Caleb Brush, shared the happy gender reveal news.

“We are both super excited for our little boy,” the couple reveals to US Weekly. “Although we had a good hunch that it was a boy, it’s nice to finally know, so we can start preparing!”

A gender reveal party was held at Christine Brown’s house on January 9th. The roughly 30 guests placed their bets, by cutting out mustaches or hair bows — wearing the paper hunches as accessories. This shindig has Christine’s sparkle all over it — bring on the baby blue boas! The partygoers were also given pink or blue balloons — but the pink ones were duds, and would not inflate.

Maddie and Caleb married last June, in a wedding officiated by Kody Brown, and televised by TLC. They announced their upcoming bundle, in November.

Maddie was the first child of the polygamous Brown bunch to marry, and this will be the very first grandchild ushered into the family. Second wife, Janelle Brown, will be the first official grandma of the reality clan. Christine and Kody’s daughter, Mykelti Brown, married Tony Padron in December. When do you think we will hear the next bun-in-the-oven announcement?

Sister Wives airs Sunday nights, on TLC.
