“Everybody Loves” Kelly Dodd! The #RHOC Star Ranks #1 & Flicks Heather Dubrow Firmly Into Last Place in TV Guide Ranking
TV Guide had a snarky go at ranking 44 “Real Housewives,” and while certain picks seem to sport the grubby fingerprints of a certain Bravo bigwig, the list is an amusing read.
Who sits atop the heap, and who is stuck on the bottom rung of the outlet’s drama ladder?
Heather Dubrow landed in the bottom spot.
“Heather loves to act as though she’s above all the low blows the other women throw, and yet she was the one talking trash about Kelly, saying she “[feels] bad for her kids” since they have Kelly as a mother,” the article states.
What else bugs many viewers about Heather — aside from her blatant hypocrisy? How about that droning drivel about hexagonal ice cubes? We love glamour and effortless wealth — but new money braggadocios blather is a bore. A sneaky habit of “gaslighting” misbehavers, and her allegiance with the always shady Tamra Judge, also pollute her reality rep.

Interestingly, Heather’s co-star, Kelly Dodd, won top honors on the list. “No single Housewife made as big of an impact this year than Kelly. In her first – and possibly only season if the other women get their way – Kelly dominated nearly every storyline,” the writer opines. The sidelined OC players might want Kelly OUT — but there’s little doubt that Kelly’s golden rookie season means that she’s IN.
So where do some of the other Bravo drama queens land on the somewhat unpredictable list? Real Housewives of New York’s, Bethenny Frankel, ranked 15th, Atlanta’s Kenya Moore, 10th, and New Jersey felon, Teresa Giudice, snagged 14th. Beverly Hills rose, Lisa Vanderpump, was shaded hard in the #20 spot, while Erika Girardi — “an enigma wrapped in a riddle and perfection” — curiously landed in second place. Shannon Beador and Vicki Gunvalson scored Top 10 accolades, in the #3 and #6 slots.
What do you think of the mag’s best/worst list? Who would land on the top of your own list?
