Jenelle Evans’ Ex Nathan Griffith Charged With Domestic Violence

Teen Mom 2’s, Janelle Evans, has a long string of losers on her dating score card. Nathan Griffith, the father of her son Kaiser, is just another example.

Arrested on December 14, Griffith was officially charged in court for domestic violence with his sometimes girlfriend, Jessica Henry.

In Myrtle Beach Municipal Court, his bond was set at $20,000. His next appearance in court—for this legal problem—will be May 5.

Griffith was accused of domestic violence by Henry on December 12. According to the police report:

“Upon arrival the victim stated she had a history with the offender who is her ex-boyfriend. The victim stated that tonight they were at a bar together and got into a verbal dispute.”

When Griffith and Henry arrived home, he “got on top of her and began choking her.” Henry’s roommate confirmed the account, claiming she saw Griffith “pinning the victim down on the bed.”

Giffith fled before the police arrived and was later picked up by the Horrell County Police Department for “possession of an open container and giving false information to law enforcement.” His bond for that charge was set at $517.50.

This isn’t Griffith’s first case with Henry. He was charged with “aggravated assault” and “burglary” on August 21 where he allegedly “choked” and “gagged” Henry at that time.

Griffith is still seeking “sole physical custody” of his son with Janelle, Kaiser, 2.
