Kris Jenner Calls Off Legal War After Blac Chyna’s Mom Rips Apart The Kardashian’s Over Trademark Lawsuit!
Hoping for a calm holiday season, the Kardashian sisters, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe have been reaching out to Blac Chyna, trying to repair the damage they say their lawyers inflicted.
It started back in May when Blac Chyna officially requested to trademark her married name, “Angela Renee Kardashian” and make money off of her new moniker. Lawyers for the famous family moved in immediately. They stated to the United States Patent and Trademark Office that fans might get confused and were “likely to mistakenly believe Applicant is affiliated with or endorsed by Opposers…which it is not.”

Not only that, the Kardashian law team stated that Blac Chyna might actually ruin the Kardashian brand. The sisters “will suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill if the Opposed Mark is allowed to register.”
But now the sisters are trying to smooth things over. According to TMZ, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe assured Blac Chyna that their lawyers moved without their knowledge. Blocking use of the Kardashian name by filing papers is a matter of standard operating procedure. In other words, it wasn’t personal.
Even Kris told Blac Chyna there were no hard feelings toward her. It was simply the lawyers’ knee-jerk reaction, and she’s calling off the legal dogs. However, Blac Chyna’s trademark request still hasn’t been approved.
One person who isn’t buying the Kardashian line is Black Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni. She openly sniped at the sisters in a lengthy Instagram rant.
“My mini me is the next baddest thing to me HANDS DOWN- From Blacchyna [sic] to soon- to- be [sic] Angela Renee Kardashian mother of Dream Kardashian and Mr. King Cairo Stevenson.”
As she defended her daughter’s right to use her married name, she continued:
“SHE IS A REAL WOMAN! You can’t just stop what God has plans for.”
And apparently Tokyo Toni was hungry for retribution:
“You can do whatever once you get married people with your name… I would have bitches for brunch today! Eat them alive.”
