Shady Business! Maci Bookout & Taylor McKinney’s Clothing Company Scandal
Slacking off! Teen Mom OG stars, Macy Bookout and Taylor McKinney, aren’t paying attention to their clothing company.
Apparently, the reality couple have not filed the proper documents for their company “TTM Lifestyle LCC,” and the business has been listed as inactive since of August 6, according to the Tennessee Secretary of State website.
“This business was dissolved for failing to file an annual report,” a spokesperson for the Secretary of State exclusively told Radar. “The report is used to maintain an entity status of an active business. It tells us your management structure, number of members, number of addresses on file, etc.”
The company, originated by McKinney, was established in 2015. The good news is they are still able to sell items through their website, but they will have to pay a clearance fee for failing to file the report.
“Just because they’re dissolved doesn’t mean they’re shut down,” the spokesperson continued. “They’re going to have to file what they missed, a reinstatement document. It would be $70 and clearance to reinstate. They’re going to have to pay extra and jump through hoops, but they are allowed to continue doing business.”
Maci and Taylor have come under fire for their clothing company before for charging $42-$46 per tee-shirt and only offering XS, S, and M. Sizes L and XL were later added.
