‘She Was A Side Chick’ Kandi Burruss’ Scandalous Past EXPOSED! Her Baby Daddy’s Wife Speaks Out
This season on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, we will learn more about Kandi Burruss’ baby daddy, Russell “Block” Spencer.
While on the Wendy Williams Show, Kandi said she had no idea at first Bravo was involving Riley’s uninvolved dad in this season’s storyline. Now Block’s ex-wife is chiming in and she says Kandi was just his “side chick.”
“Kandi definitely knew what was going on with the situation,” The ex-wife reached out to Radar Online, requesting that her name be kept private. “It’s sad that he’s not part of Riley’s life, but he was in a relationship with four other women at the time. She was a side chick, it was expected.”
Block and his ex-wife were together for 25 years and the she said Kandi was the one who told her she was pregnant with Block’s baby after seeing him for only three months.
“He cheated on me with Kandi,” the ex alleged. “I told her then he wasn’t going to do anything. What does she expect? She knew what was going in, and now she wants to play the victim. Girl, you knew!”
One thing’s for sure, Riley is the one caught in the middle. But Block’s ex is claiming she tried to help “establish a relationship.”
“She’s been to my house,” she said. “I try to help with the situation and invite them over. We tried to establish a relationship with the younger kids.”
As it turns out, Block his issues involving his anger. In March 2005, he was charged with two counts of family violence when he reportedly “unlawfully and intentionally caused visible bodily harm” to his then wife.
And if that weren’t bad enough, because his four kids witnessed this incident, Block was charged with four counts of cruelty. Block accepted a plea for only one count of cruelty in the third degree which included 12 months probation and a $500 fine. He was not prosecuted for the other charges.
In 2013, Block was once again charged with family violence, battery and cruelty against his wife and daughter. Block claimed he was “defending his property against the alleged victim.” In March 2015, he pleaded not guilty and was not prosecuted. Perhaps it’s for the best that Block isn’t in Riley’s life.
