#RHONY Bethenny Frankel’s Ex Jason Hoppy Took Out $705K Loan Before Divorce Settlement!
Flat Broke! Jason Hoppy, ex-husband of The Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel, took out a $705K loan on a New York City apartment one month prior to finalizing the acrimonious divorce in July 2016.
According to financial documents Hoppy signed for the loan modification. Originally, Hoppy purchased the condo back in 2008 for $863K.
The loan papers show that Hoppy will pay $3,264.96 per month on the interest rate of 3.75%. Current market values indicate the condo is valued at 1.7 million and features a private balcony, two-bedrooms, high ceilings, a garden and the must-have for the upper-class, a full-time doorman.
Some are saying Hoppy is strapped for cash, others are saying he modified the loan while he still had credit. Tell us what you think.
