Jenelle Evans’ third trimester promises to be a lonely one, because the Teen Mom 2 star’s third baby daddy is headed to prison.

David Eason was sentenced to 60 days in prison, after he violated a domestic violence protection order, last spring. On March 24, 2016, Eason ran into his son at a grocery store and crossed a line, violating the order his ex-girlfriend filed against him in October of 2015. Radar Online obtained court documents which reveal the details behind Eason’s violation.

Both women said they were “frightened” when Eason “grabbed” his son, after being told to stay away. He was arrested on March 28th, and taken into custody at New Hanover County Detention Facility in Castle Hayne, NC. Eason pled not guilty in September, but the judge disagreed, found him guilty, and sentenced him to 60 days in prison.

The domestic violence protection order was granted, after Eason became violent with his ex, on April 19, 2014.

“The Defendant did assault [redacted], a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, ‘I will kill you b****,’” read the court docs.

Eason was arrested in May 2014, and was found not guilty.

Eason, also father to a daughter from a previous relationship, appealed the ruling to the Superior Court. Janelle is due to deliver the couple’s daughter, Ensley Jolie, in January. No court date has been scheduled yet.
