Could there be hope for Jules Wainstein and her husband, Michael?

The Real Housewives of New York star is attempting to “work things” out, says People, now that the temporary restraining order has been lifted against Michael after the couple appeared before a judge on Thursday. Now sources are saying Michael may be moving back home.

Sources explained that Michael will only make two temporary spousal support payments in the amount of $10K – one in September and one in October. Earlier reports indicated that Jules will keep the kids until the divorce is settled, but insiders say a new custody agreement of Jagger and Rio maybe in the works.

Additionally, the judge did not award legal fees to Jules like she had requested and took issue with ‘her use of the New York Police Department as a form of personal security.”

In June, Jules gave a statement about her divorce to People through her rep.

Jules and her husband have split over his infidelity. In last night’s episode there were signs. Jules is doing great despite the news. She is taking care of her children and working hard on her brand, Modern Alkeme. She is a survivor and has many people around her for support.”
