Kim Richards Narrowly Escapes Jail Time in Target Shoplifting Case #RHOBH
Kim Richards, the often troubled former cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has managed again to dodge the incarceration bullet yet again.
Her attorney was in the Los Angeles courtroom arguing before the judge concerning the probation violation charge Kim was facing. And while Kim did originally miss the completion deadline for her required 52 AA meetings and 20 days of community service, she has (finally) met those probation orders now.
Her attorney told E! News, “Kim is up to date on all her requirements with the court and her probation was reinstated.” Kim and/or her attorney will need to check in with the courts again in November.

The probation was a result of Kim’s sticky-fingered shopping in the San Fernando Valley Target of approximately $600 worth of kid’s toys back in October 2015. Kim entered a plea of no contest to one count of petty theft. This was during very troubled time and relapse for the reality star, but sources are now saying that Kim seems to be doing “okay.”
“At the moment, she seems to be doing OK. She goes to AA [meetings]. She’s trying to get some projects off the ground. There are three or four in the works.”
One of those projects, according to insiders, could be a return to RHOBH.
Tell us what you think. Should Kim return to a reality show known for its excess of drama or should she focus on her sobriety?
