Jules Wainstein was in court on Wednesday, seeking a temporary restraining order against her husband, Michael, as The Real Housewives of New York rookie continues to navigate through a contentious divorce.

The move came after Jules called the police after a disturbance in their Manhattan home, which the couple still technically shares. Michael took off before the cops arrived, and there was no arrest made. The couple has been married eight years, and shares two children.

A source close to the drama confirms that a judge granted the temporary restraining order.

A rep for Jules spoke to People, informing the outlet that Jules has no plans to air the couple’s dirty laundry in the press.

“Unlike her soon-to-be ex-husband and his lawyer, Jules will not use the press to discuss her divorce proceedings. She is concerned about the welfare and privacy of their children and feels that is what a courtroom is for,” says  the rep. “They’re due in court very soon.”

News of the split broke in June — with Jules, 35, claiming Michael’s infidelity as the reason for the breakup. The investment banker was later busted with his alleged mistress, NYC psychologist Elyse Bensusan, and rumors of a pregnancy have fueled the drama. The cops have been pulled into the battle more than once, with Jules claiming a fear for her safety.  Michael’s rep has refuted the claims, asserting that the cheating allegations are false, and that the first 911 call was based on fabricated accusations.

The War of the Wainsteins is real — no Bravo cameras necessary.
