Dog Bite Victim Slams #RHOBH Sisters, Kim & Kyle Richards Over Pit Bull Attack
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills infamous sisters are headed to court.
Kyle and Kim Richards are being sued for injuries received at the paws of Kim Richards’ dog, Kinglsey. The defendant in the lawsuit is Paige Sanderson, who was Kyle Richards’ assistant. Sanderson was attacked by Kingsley when Kim brought the dog over to Kyle’s Beverly Hills home.
A woman who shares Sanderson’s pain all too well is Kay Rozario, the 81-year old woman who was “mauled” by Kingsley in 2014 while staying with Kim.
“I would love to talk with Paige Sanderson because I feel partly responsible for her brutal attack,” Rozario tells Radar.
During Rozario’s own lawsuit against Kim and Kingsley, part of the agreement was that Kim get rid of the dog. She did not. Rozario was awarded $8,083.54 for general damages, though has not seen a dime of it. Punitive damages are still pending.
Bill Zudhi, Rozario’s attorney, told Radar that her appeal for punitive damages revolves around the fact “that Ms. Richards has a history of putting her dog’s welfare over the safety of people.”
Rozario claimed that “Kim asked me this same exact thing to me as she did to Paige! She tried to force me to not tell anyone about my attack as I was gushing blood all over the place! I had two huge wounds. [And] at the time I thought ‘I am definitely going to die at the paws of this dog He is going to kill me!’”
“When Kim would not get rid of the dog, I said, someone has to stop her. What I didn’t want on my conscious was someone to get hurt or killed by that dog! And then this happens!”
According to Rozario, Kim still has Kingsley, and to add insult to injury, Kim has not paid Rozario what the court has ordered.
Rozario said, “I hope that Paige wins this lawsuit against the both of them to teach them a very valuable lesson: Human life is more important than money or fame. Sadly, it is just a matter of time before this dog kills someone.”
