Meghan King Edmonds Is Frustrated About Fractures In Her Marriage #RHOC

Is the marriage between Meghan and Jim Edmonds crumbling despite the news the couple is expecting a baby girl later this year?

The Edmonds married in 2014 and joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County the following year. And even a fake cancer scheme couldn’t prevent viewers from noticing the lack of affection and excess of criticism from Jim to his bride.

This season’s storyline for Meghan is documenting her IVF journey, and once again, Jim’s lack of interest in their baby making process is noticeable — even to Meghan.

Meghan wrote in her Bravo blog post, “It is really frustrating to me that Jimmy doesn’t act more interested in the IVF process, especially considering that it has consumed my life.”

“I understand that it can be an overwhelming process and he had to be in Florida for spring training during most of it, but I was on a lot of hormones and was very emotional,” Meghan explained. “It definitely would’ve been nice to have him pay more attention to the process, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t excited for us to have a baby.”

And though Meghan admits her journey has been lonely, she is quick to defend her Jimmy. During an earlier episode when he seemed more interested in the candles that had arrived than her IVF process, she explained it was because they “had already talked about IVF a bunch prior to that, so he was understandably distracted.”

And later, Meghan explained away his behavior by saying Jimmy is not a “researcher.”

“Additionally, Jimmy is the kind of person that likes to get information and not really ask questions,” she added. “He’s not a researcher like I am and sometimes a lot of information is too much information for him!”
