Carole Radziwill, the cool chick, has lost her cool. Being on the Real Housewives of New York has finally pushed her over the edge.

“Someone is talking behind everyone’s back and her name doesn’t start with a, B, C, or…wait a minute, it does start with a D! Who knew! The mother of all things nice is telling BS tales taller than a Dr. Seuss top hat.”

Dorinda Medley has been playing all sides this season. Maybe she’s been trying to redirect the drama off of her and her dopey boyfriend, John?

“As Nietzsche once wrote… “She who stirs the sh–, should lick the spoon.”

But it seems to me, Carole and Bethenny Frankel have paired off and splintered away from the rest of the ladies. Neither one has taken to newbie, Jules Wainstein.

“…apparently all it takes for Jules to scream like a toddler is a little second hand “she said/she said” gossip. Boo-hoo.”

I don’t think Jules was screaming. I think she was fed up and stated her piece, something the women are encouraged to do on this show. But Carole maintains she’s been treated worse than anyone.

“Over the past four years my integrity and character have been tested and questioned. I’ve let dozens of passive aggressive insults roll off my back. (Most recently, the mocking of my age and my earlier profession as a journalist by the two above.)”

And that’s not all.

“I’ve been called a disgusting, pathetic, middle-aged horny woman by a woman I thought was my friend. I’ve been called a pedophile. I’ve endured insults hurled at people I love. I’ve listened to outright lies told by the Housewives about my business…and about me and my boyfriend…”

All this is true. Still, Carole’s lack of empathy and her litany of complaints isn’t doing her any favors. She’s coming across as very calloused. Maybe that’s Bethenny’s influence or maybe it’s the nature of the beast. After being on this show for a few seasons, perhaps Carole has become jaded, unwilling to extend herself, especially to the new castmates?

“And now…drum roll. Dorinda calls me “mean.” Uh, yeah, I’m good. Wait until you see next week’s show…it’s amaaaaazing.”

Look, if Carole doesn’t like the way she’s portrayed and doesn’t want to interact with half the cast, maybe it’s time to call it quits? Thoughts?
