Teresa Giudice Says Fame Ruined Her Family #RHONJ

Now that Teresa Giudice is out of the clink, she’s looking forward to life. Or at least she’s trying to look forward.

In a new interview with Digital Spy, the star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey reflects on the past and says she never thought “fame would ruin” her family.

“I never thought fame would ruin my family, but it did. But now we’re past that. So what you’re seeing now is the way we always were. People don’t understand that the whole fame thing got in the way and them coming on the show and not telling me, it just hurt my feelings.” Teresa explained.

Interesting that Teresa blames fame. So what about Jacqueline Laurita? From the previews we can see their friendship not only is thrown under the bus, but put in reverse and driven over again.

“I’m not too happy about what happened between Jacqueline and I,” Teresa said. “I guess it’s part of life and things do happen. You’ll see how it plays out.”

Aside from that, Teresa revealed that we’re in for a “pretty amazing season.” The hardest part for her was watching the premier.

“That was really, really hard for me,” Teresa said. “It’s just hard for me to watch – hearing my daughter cry. It’s bittersweet – of course it was a happy time but it is really hard for me to watch. It gets me emotional.”

So what has Teresa learned about life after prison?

“I live every day like it’s my last. I’m just grateful and happy and as long as you have your health, you have everything. I have the most beautiful, healthy daughters, I’m healthy, my husband’s healthy, and that’s all that matters.”
