Kim Richards Sued AGAIN — Lawsuit Alleges Pit Bull Attack and Conspiracy to Cover It Up #RHOBH
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills sisters, Kim and Kyle Richards, are facing a lawsuit, with a former stylist alleging that she was attacked by Kim’s pit bull, Kingsley.
According to court documents, Paige Sanderson claims the dog “lunged at her, bit and held on to her lower abdomen and crotch, tearing off her leggings and underwear and ripping out portions of flesh,” during a visit to Kyle’s home, last April. The stylist was making an appearance on the Bravo reality show, styling Kim, 51, in the Umanksy home.
In addition, Sanderson is claiming that Kim refused to call 911 unless Sanderson agreed to not disclose that Kingsley was the culprit. Sanderson alleges, “Kim refused to call 911 unless Sanderson lied to EMT’s by blaming the attack on a stray dog.”
Kyle is being sued because the incident occurred in her home. The stylist is seeking restitution “for emotional distress, cosmetic surgery and medical bills.”
Kingsley has attacked several times before, and the fallout from an incident involving Kim’s niece, Alexia Umansky, 20, was talked about during the fifth season of RHOBH. Kyle and Mauricio’s second daughter underwent reconstructive surgery and physical therapy on her hand after the attack.
Viewers will naturally wonder why Kingsley was welcomed into the Umanksy home, and what circumstances led to the dog being allowed into a Bravo filming scenario. We will continue to follow the case.
