Dance Moms star, Abby Lee Miller, is scheduled to appear in a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania court on Monday, June 27.

Miller’s upcoming court appearance will be to answer to bankruptcy fraud charges, along with an additional charge claiming that she failed to report more than $10k worth of Australian currency. Miller is expected to plead guilty.

U.S. District Judge Terrence McVerry issued orders scheduling Miller’s guilty pleas for Monday, after the Lifetime star issued a statement to The Associated Press, accepting responsibility for the charges. Miller’s emailed statement was communicated through her defense attorney, Robert Ridge.

“Events over the past several months have been extremely challenging for me, my family, my friends and most important, my students,” Miller said, in the statement. “Because of this I made the very difficult decision to close the door on this chapter of my life by accepting responsibility for mistakes I have made along the way.”
“I appreciate all the wonderful messages of support I’ve received from around the world and look forward to the future and getting back to my life’s work; helping young dancers fulfill their potential.”

Last October, Miller was accused of illegally trying to hide $775k worth of income from Dance Moms, spinoff projects, appearances, and sold merchandise, when she filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Miller, 50, pleaded not guilty to the charges. Federal prosecutors tagged on the foreign currency reporting charge on Monday, and Miller was asked to pay at least $120k for the August 2014 crime. It is unclear if that figure matches the unreported income.

The 20-count indictment meant Miller would be facing a possible 5-year prison stint, and up to $5 million in fines.
