Sonja Morgan is scoring one for NYC “tipsy bitches,” in the ongoing boozy battle with Real Housewives of New York co-star, and Skinnygirl mogul, Bethenny Frankel.

Morgan’s Tipsy Girl restaurant and bar is taking shape, as evidenced by a new awning, at 45 W. Eighth Street, in Manhattan, according to Page Six.

As reported, Bethenny lost a bid to allegedly block the brand through the US Patent and Trademark Office — a plan spearheaded by Morgan’s business partner, Peter Guimaraes. Frankel’s camp tried to trademark the name “Tipsygirl,” supposedly due to the name edging too close to her $100 million Skinnygirl brand. Morgan and Guimaraes plan to launch a line of proseccco, aiming to add more boozy products, along with a chain of lounge type restaurants.

The Eighth Street spot is 2,000 square feet, and is scheduled to potentially open by mid-July. Guimaraes is reportedly in charge of decor, and has not yet hired a chef. There are whispers that Morgan may break out her cabaret act, and do occasional performances in the new spot.

“He wants it to be a place [where] everyone feels comfortable and at home with great food, drinks and friends,” said a rep for the spot. “No pretentious staff with attitudes like so many other hot spots in this city. When you come to Tipsy Girl, you become part of the family and treated as such.” And, “The menu will be fun, sharing plates that pair well with our wines . . . The drinks menu will include many varietals of Bellinis mixed with Tipsy Girl prosecco.”

Guimaraes is looking to have Tipsy Girl Prosecco hit the stores by the end of July — and says that 10,000 cases of the product “just cleared customs.” Peter also plans a Hells Kitchen Tipsy Girl location, and hopes to expand to the East Village, then Miami, LA, and Las Vegas.

Frankel’s bestie, Carole Radziwill chimed in on an Instagram photo of the new hotspot, writing — “Seriously? Oh boy……”

A rep from Frankel’s team commented during the trademark battle, calling  Morgan’s venture a “laughable” and “feeble attempt to trade on [Frankel’s] brand reputation.”

Tipsy Girl has an official awning and address — I think we all know one skinny bitch, who won’t be at the grand opening.
