Below Deck star, Kate Chastain, chief stew on Bravo’s hit reality show has been arrested — again!

The arrest took place on Monday in Melbourne Beach, Florida —  Chastain’s hometown.

According to a police report obtained by All About the Tea, Brevard County is charging Chastain with battery by strangulation domestic violence.

Kate appeared on seasons 2 and 3 of the hit Bravo series, which follows the lives of the million-dollar guests and the crew that serves them.

Chastain, 33, is no stranger to a jail cell — the yachtie has quite a colorful criminal past. Charges ranging from DUI, possession of a controlled substance, and a bevy of probation violations.

The reality star has been in the yachting industry since about 2007, working her way up from laundry stewardess to chief stew.

UPDATE:

Chastain tried to kick her drunk girlfriend out of their house and when she refused, Kate bit her in the forearm, bicep and leg. Cops say Kate also put a knee on her head, choked her, and tried to stop her breathing. Kate was arrested and booked for a felony domestic violence charge of battery by strangulation. She appeared in court Tuesday afternoon … and posted a $5,000 bond.
