What’s The Status Of Brandi And Bryan Redmond’s Rocky Marriage Today? #RHOD
Real Housewives of Dallas newbie, Brandi Redmond, has shared some candid family issues with viewers on her debut season.
Brandi and her husband Bryan Redmond‘s marriage struggles were front and center—the main issue being his busy work schedule keeping him away from his wife and kids for days on end.
Brandi is a stay at home housewife to the couple’s kids and when she’s not busy sipping “Jesus Juice” and/or talking about poop, the Dallas Housewife is busy on the charity scene.
During a recent episode of RHOD, Brandi confronted Bryan about their marriage issues. In the video below, Bryan was not ready to hear Brandi‘s complaints and stormed out of the restaurant. Brandi recently opened up to PEOPLE about how she felt in that moment, “was at a point where I felt like I needed him, especially with everything else going on in my life, I needed more from him.”
After watching himself on TV and receiving some brutal honesty from fans, Bryan has since apologized to Brandi for how he reacted.
“He’s been struggling with it but we know at the end of the day that it’s the way he handled something and he agrees that it was wrong,” she added. “I think as long as we are willing to forgive and try to forget after this is all over with, then we can just move forward.”
As a result of putting their struggles on reality TV, the couple “communicate more” following filming the Bravo reality show.
“how much he loves us and cares about us” and praised Bryan for being “an amazing father” and “an amazing provider.” “I think that’s what the viewers don’t get to see – they don’t get to see that side of him, that side that makes me laugh,” she said. “He really is so kind and so genuine and we all make mistakes, we all go through things, and I think if anything this taught us more about each other.”
However, they “still have our bickering, just like any other couple,” but their relationship is in a good place these days. But Brandi has no regrets sharing her marriage woes with viewers.
“I’m proud of what was captured in our journey. I think that it made us authentic, and I think it’s encouraging for other people to see that not everybody’s perfect and we all have ups and downs,” she said. “And at the end of the day, I’m such a fighter – I’ll fight for my family, my marriage and my friendships.”
