Jenelle Evans Denies Pregnancy Rumors — Is She Or Isn’t She? #TeenMom2

Lots of eyes are on Teen Mom 2 star, Jenelle Evans, after a photo was posted on social media, seemingly exposing a blossoming baby bump. The pregnancy rumor has been swirling around the reality diva for weeks now, after photos taken at an MTV Season 7 reunion taping sparked whispers about her larger than normal midsection.

She addressed the pregnancy chatter, also noting engagement rumors, claiming that she had officially committed to her current boyfriend, David Eason.

“For everyone asking.. No I’m not pregnant and no not engaged,” she posted on Facebook on May 3. “Happy where I am in life and comfortable so I’ve been eating a lot more lol.”

Jenelle adamantly denied the pregnancy rumor, tweeting on Friday.

There are a couple of possibilities in play here. Jenelle could be lying, and is indeed pregnant — hardly a shocker! Considering she has been pregnant four times, and has lied about such developments in the past. Evans could be holding out, hoping to sell the big news to a major tabloid, or magazine. It would certainly be interesting to see how one pulls such a strategy off, after such an outright denial.

If Evans is indeed in the family way, the development is a bit of a head scratcher. According to the televised birth control vows, often repeated in MTV harmony, none of these reality starlets should be running into surprise pregnancies. That would mean that Evans planned another child, which is odd, considering she doesn’t look as though she even likes being a mother to her son, Kaiser.

The MTV star also holds to some dreamy desire to regain custody of her first child, seven-year-old Jace, who remains in her mother’s custody. Evans is being invited to walk red carpets, appear at snazzy events, and sponsor products on Instagram. Her quasi-career is evolving, so it seems bizarre that she would choose to revert her brand back to barefoot, unwed, and pregnant.

However, close followers of Jenelle’s reality cite that she denied being pregnant with Kaiser, a child conceived on a whim, in the early months. Let’s face it — Jenelle has never been the most savvy decision-maker, when it comes to carving out her future.
