Pay Up! Amber Portwood Owes More Than $130K In Unpaid Taxes #TeenMomOG
There are two things you can’t avoid in life: death and taxes.
However, Amber Portwood, star of Teen Mom OG, tried to avoid the latter – until recently. On Feb 19, 2016, Amber was slapped with a federal tax lien in the amount of $136,919. That’s a lot of diapers!
Of course, daughter Leah is practically a big girl at 7-years-old, but Amber has been struggling for some time now in financial hot water.
In January, Amber was sued for an unpaid medical bill totaling almost $1,500 and last year was nearly evicted from her home in Ingalls, IN for unpaid rent, according to Radar Online. Thankfully, Amber was able to pay off the past due amount before eviction.
And the troubles don’t stop with Amber. Her boyfriend, Matt Baier, reportedly owes back child support for his secret nine children that he neglected (key word) to tell Amber about. He is currently be sued by five of his baby mamas.
