RECAP: ‘Little Women: NY ‘ Lila & Terra Get Into A Heated Fight [Season 2 Premiere]

We begin Little Women: NY Season 2 with a pajama jam! Lila and new roomie Jason are decorating their apartment with streamers. Jason is in a new relationship and excited to introduce his guy to the crew at tonight’s party. Lila has many rules for living with her, no walking around in the buff, no cookies at midnight unless they come with milk, and Jason has to make himself scarce in case Lila brings home a man. Jason tells Lila that some alcohol will be served at tonight’s party. Lila whines that this is her house and people who drink get on her nerves. Like she doesn’t get on other’s nerves?

Jazmine is back to New York and has made a new friend Jessica, but you can call her by her wrestling name, Jersey Jess. Jess is the Elena of the group, meaning, for a little, she’s tall. They are both actors, but Jess traveled with Hull Hogan’s Micro-Wrestling group. She’s single and ready to mingle. Jazmine wants to introduce Jess to the crew tonight, but she’s worried her sister-in-law Dawn won’t approve.

Dawn is the first to arrive and when she hears that Jaz has made a new friend, she can’t wait to judge meet her. Others arrive and sure enough, when Jaz and Jess arrive, Dawn knows who she is and isn’t down with the whole midget wrestling thing. Lila is shocked that Jess has a thigh-gap. Apparently this is unheard of with littles. Poor Jess doesn’t fit in with littles or averages. But she makes friends with Lila when she tries on Jess’s six-inch heels.

Dawn pulls Jaz away to kvetch about Jess, claiming the company she keeps will hurt her in future auditions. Lila goes downstairs and eavesdrops on the conversation. Lila asks Jess if it’s true that she was wrestler. Lila explains to Jess that Jaz hasn’t been successful so far in the city as far as acting goes. Jaz’s husband, David, Dawn’s brother, has his wife’s back. They return to the party. Good luck to Jess with making friends with this group.

Jason’s new squeeze, DJ, arrives at the party. He’s tall and cute. Dawn surprisingly approves. Jason explains they met online and DJ knew ahead of time that he was a little. David tells Jason he’s glad someone special has met someone special.

Next to arrive is Terra. Everyone is happy to see her except Lila. Jason invited Terra to the party and he’s thrilled she was able to make it. Why does Lila hate Terra? Over a man. Turns out, Joe and Lila used to hook-up, but Joe ended it because he didn’t want no ho. Jason gives Terra a tour. Dawn tries to pet Lila into calmness, but Lila isn’t a car and HATES that. Upstairs Terra and Joe laugh over Lila’s behavior. Jason claims he didn’t realize this would be such an issue, but no one else sees it his way. Dawn thinks Jason should have given Lila a little head’s up.

Lila goes to her room, then comes out, and tells Jason to take his friend and GET OUT! On the upside, Jess no longer feels targeted. Terra says that Lila is clearly having a relapse with her emotional issues. Lila says she’s calling the police because there’s an intruder in the house. Jason tries to step in, but isn’t successful. GET OUT OF MY APARTMENT! Lila and her issues yell. Jason steers Terra to the door, but she’s not leaving until she launches a beer bottle into the door. Goodbye damage deposit. Jason is mortified that this happened in front of his new boyfriend and Lila wants a cocktail.

Jess’ friend Katie arrives at her home from Seattle, pregnant, and newly separated from her boyfriend. She too was a wrestler. The baby daddy PJ is average height, but won’t put a ring on it. He’s been given an ultimatum. Katie has known Dawn since they were teens, but lost touch over the years. Jess tells her that she was judged at last night’s party.

Lila and Dawn are in Central Park to do yoga. Lila admits losing her $hit at last night’s party. Dawn explains that it’s not her place because Jason lives there, too. Lila says she’d rather live in a broom closet than with Jason. Dawn points out that at least she didn’t grab a drink, so things could be worse. Namaste.

Across town, Jaz and Jason meet for lunch to rehash the party. Jason is upset that no one supported him and everyone supported Lila. Jaz was just expecting a nice lunch, she didn’t know hate would be on the side. Jason feels he’s a good person and is now questioning whether to be in this group of traitors. Jason says he’ll apologize to Lila…eventually.

Katie and Jess are checking out the City. Katie is unsure what she’s going to do with her life. She wants to focus on the baby for now. PJ only wants to focus on his music. Jess says she will help and be baby mama #2 even though this wasn’t on her to do list.

David tells his wife, Jaz, that he has to leave for Orlando this week for work. He wants her to go too, but she’s trying to build a career in NY. Jaz needs to get a roommate. David recommends his sister Dawn, but Jaz is not thrilled about this. Maybe Lila will toss out Jason. Jaz agrees do ask if it means she can stay in NYC. She doesn’t want to call her, though, Jaz needs to say it in person so she can read her.

Jaz goes to Dawn’s apartment to tell her the news. Dawn isn’t happy that she has to hear this from Jaz and not her brother. Dawn explains she’s was raised not to rely on others and this won’t help their relationship. So that’s a no. Dawn tells Jazz to spread her wings and fly out the door. Jaz tells Dawn she will end up a catless cat lady.
