Somebody in the O.C. got an amazing deal on the Beador house!

The stars of The Real Housewives of Orange County finally sold their Newport Beach, California, mansion after it sat on the market for many months. Originally, the house was listed for $16 million; however, after repeated price drops totaling $7 million, the house finally sold for $9.05 million. Sources say Shannon was so desperate to get away from the “bad memories” the couple accepted this rock-bottom price.

A source close to Shannon revealed, “She really just wanted to get rid of the house after David’s cheating scandal because it carried a lot of bad memories.”

It’s not like David brought his mistress, Nicole McMackin, to the home. In therapy he disclosed they met at hotels. Could there be another reason? Some say the neighborhood home owner’s association tried to prevent the couple from filming at their home and this is the reason for the sale. But other rumors persist.

An insider told Radar, “Shannon and David are strapped for cash right now, which is why they took such a huge cut [on the] house.”

Perhaps it’s a combination of all three. Check out the beautiful pictures of their home including a basketball court, sparkling pool, and in-home theater. I’m sure this will be Shannon’s storyline on the upcoming season of RHOC.
